Our company assumes responsibility for all factory-to-Wuzhou port operations without limitation, including trailers, customs declarations, port handling activities, and primarily the collection of customs declaration agency fees.
Company’s requirements for FOB operations:
1. The customer shall provide a letter of authorization, complete it fully according to the shipping form provided by the company, and request the customer to sign and stamp it, clearly stating the content of the authorization. The letter of authorization must specify the payment method explicitly; only after receiving the payment can the handling procedures be arranged.
2. Perform the acceptance process effectively, clearly identify the content of each operation, and ensure that acceptance staff close the door when taking over documents. Proceed with reviewing and approving shipping invoices, and firmly return any invoices that do not meet the requirements.
3- After acceptance, immediately report this operation to finance and assist in the recovery of financial funds;
4- The requirement to verify financial status before placing an order has been met; once the payment is received, we can proceed with arranging the order.
