SERVICE PROCESS

(1) SEA FREIGHT BOOKING SERVICE FOR EXPORT SHIPPING
When you have a shipment to export, please entrust the entire process to us. Simply fill out the Export Consignment Form completely (including shipper, notify party, port of loading, port of discharge, final delivery location, commodity name, container quantity, gross weight, estimated shipping route, and payment method for freight charges), and submit it to our staff 5–10 days before the vessel’s departure. Our staff will use this information to proceed with booking. Once the booking is confirmed, we will proactively inform you of details such as the vessel name, voyage number, bill of lading number, and container opening date.

(2) CUSTOMS DECLARATION SERVICES
If you require us to handle customs declaration on your behalf, please provide our staff with a set of valid customs documents at least 3 business days before the vessel’s departure. The documents include: the contract, invoice, packing list, customs declaration form, export license (if applicable), and other relevant documents such as phytosanitary certificates and hazardous goods packaging certificates. Our staff will use these documents to carry out the customs procedures on your behalf. Upon receipt, we will carefully review them to ensure a high clearance rate, then assign them to the responsible specialist who will closely monitor the situation and promptly report back to you.

(3) Domestic Transportation Services
If you need us to transport goods from your warehouse to the port area, we provide a high-quality and prompt service. Simply indicate clearly on the Export Consignment Note: "(We need to arrange domestic transportation from the warehouse)" or "(Delivery required to our designated warehouse for packing)," and provide complete details such as address, contact person, phone number, fax number, or the specific time and location for delivery to the warehouse. Our staff will then arrange packing and timely shipment to the port according to your instructions. Once the goods are loaded onto the vessel, our staff will immediately contact you to inform you of the packing schedule at the production site or the estimated delivery time to the designated warehouse, and will proactively liaise with the port to monitor the container’s status and promptly report back to you.

(4) ORDER DISPATCHING SERVICES
On the day before the vessel departs, our staff will prepare the Bill of Lading based on the Letter of Instruction and send a draft to you for confirmation via fax, ensuring that the original Bill of Lading is absolutely accurate. At the same time, our staff will also issue the ocean freight invoice and inland transportation charges based on the actual shipment volume. Once we confirm that the goods have been cleared through customs and successfully loaded onto the vessel, we will officially issue the original Bill of Lading and notify you to pick it up.
